Under the Radar Posted September 18, 2009 Posted September 18, 2009 Congrats etommy28 on great fish. And to think it isn't even spawning time yet. Way to go. BTW how did you do in the TX. Quote
etommy28 Posted September 18, 2009 Author Posted September 18, 2009 to answer the questions. i caught it on a 7 inch ragetail anaconda(redbug)on a 1/4 oz tru tungsten weight, I won the tourny, had my 3 fish limit weighing 21.1 pounds winning by over 5 pounds. That fish had more girth than any nonspawning fish I have ever seen, and that is not the largest fish in that area it is like 6 small ponds all connected. I cant wate for the spawn to start I think I can top that this year. but I am so happy about that fish I dont even want to think that far ahead. Quote
aarogb Posted September 19, 2009 Posted September 19, 2009 Whoa dude!!!!!!!!!! That's a giant!!!!!!!! Quote
Big-O Posted September 19, 2009 Posted September 19, 2009 Great Fish Tommy, and congratulations on the PB as well as the Tourney win. I have often said that the 7" Annie was often as lethal for big fish as the 10". This year at Lake Falcon, I ran out of the 10 inchers and caught just as many big fish on the 7" and was using 1/4 oz on it too Big O www.ragetail.com Quote
