Bud and I launched from Kenlake marina around 7:00-7:30.  Long story short, after 7 hours Bud had landed 2 short largemouth, and I had landed a short smallmouth and a drum.  It was the toughest day I can ever remember having on Kentucky Lake.  Looks like I will be sticking to the south end of the lake for a while, things are a little better down there!

Well, just spending the day fishing with Bud is worth the trip!

Fishing should pick up shortly.  Better luck next time.

My tournament partner and I went this morning and made up for Sat.

After a couple of hours we ended up with 5 keepers with 20-25 short fish.  With a 4 lb kicker

This was at the same bay were we started Sat.    Bud
