Super User Sam Posted December 7, 2008 Super User Posted December 7, 2008 How many are you getting? The Bait Monkey says at least five, maybe ten. ;D Quote

Super User Munkin Posted December 7, 2008 Super User Posted December 7, 2008 $13 for a spinnerbait? :-? Are you going to personally jump start the economy. Allen Quote
Super User grimlin Posted December 7, 2008 Super User Posted December 7, 2008 My luck i'd lose it on the 2nd or 3rd cast. ;D Quote
zbass Posted December 7, 2008 Posted December 7, 2008 I would pay that for a spinnerbait tha I have a better chance of getting back than maybe say, oh, a lucky craft. :'( Quote
Steven Ladner Posted December 7, 2008 Posted December 7, 2008 With that detail, that bait is worth the price. Quote
Super User MALTESE FALCON Posted December 7, 2008 Super User Posted December 7, 2008 That is a beautiful spinnerbait. Falcon Quote
Hooked_On_Bass Posted December 8, 2008 Posted December 8, 2008 That is a beautiful spinnerbait.Falcon x2 Quote
Super User Munkin Posted December 8, 2008 Super User Posted December 8, 2008 With that detail, that bait is worth the price. Do you think the fish care about that detail when it goes whizzing by? Now before anyone comes down on me about detail I have close to $600 in custom spinnerbait molds. My latest spincast mold has just as much if not more detail than that head. All this detail matter a lot more to the fisherman than fish but I have a OCD about making baits. If he can sell these for $13 each more power to him but I am still wondering how much work can go into a spinnerbait? Allen Quote
Primus Posted December 8, 2008 Posted December 8, 2008 Another great spinnerbait that's out there is made by S.O.B. lures and he'll customize them to your specs, I'll be ordering more this winter. They are also reasonably priced and made out of premium components. I was looking at the Talon website and I was impressed with their jigs, looked like they are very well made. Quote
Steven Ladner Posted December 8, 2008 Posted December 8, 2008 Munkin, I do agree with you. The fish aren't going to pay much attention to it. I know the place charges more than they should too. Just saying, thats a good looking spinnerbait. Quote
The_Natural Posted December 8, 2008 Posted December 8, 2008 I really like the looks of Damiki's Spinnerbaits (now available at Tackle Warehouse). They are only $6.99 Quote
BassinSoldier Posted December 8, 2008 Posted December 8, 2008 I would never pay that much for a spinnerbait, but that thing IS gorgeous. I am however thinkin bout pickin up a couple of those Damikis when I get home and give all my Christams money to the baitmonkey. Those are about as high as I'll go for a spinnerbait though. Quote
Bassboss Posted December 8, 2008 Posted December 8, 2008 I really like the looks of Damiki's Spinnerbaits (now available at Tackle Warehouse). They are only $6.99 I'd like to get some too. Some really nice look spinner baits! Quote
