Went out yestaday to a local pond, also my pond, and got 4 hours of fishing time in. Plain and simple, I caught fish. I caught a fish on my second and third cast, and they were good fish to boot. Largest of the day was probably pushing five pounds, but I didn't get a picture. I do however have a pic of a beautiful 4+ pounder. Man this thing really popped it

Then the rest of the day was pretty much the same. My best five probably would have gone 21-22 lbs. Pretty darn good day if you ask me. Most of fish caught on a variety of lures, from worms, senkos, jerkbaits, and spinnerbaits. All in all, very fun day.

P.S.- All of my fish look small!!! I promise I don't inflate the weight of the bad boys. I even weight them ;)

Good job bud.  Any trouble getting the lure/hook out.  That thing inhaled it  :o.

JMHO try not to justify the way your fish looks in the pictures.  If you weighed them but they look smaller in the pic, who cares.  You were the one who got to catch them, not us.   8-)

Looks like a killer honey hole you got there.

Yeah there was a little trouble..... the fish still has it in his mouth. It was a worm though, so it wasn't a big deal for me. The fish on the other hand, I have heard the hooks dissolve/biodegrade/dissinagrate (sp) over time. Is this true?

Try an experiment.  Put a hook in a glass of water, and reply when its dissolved.  Might be a while....

Get the hooks out.  Seriously.  This will help: http://www.bassresource.com/bass_fishing_forums/YaBB.pl?num=1128002349/22#22

Now that that's done.....Congrats!!!  Some very nice fish!
