Super User Bassn Blvd Posted June 7, 2009 Super User Posted June 7, 2009 Great pic's. I haven't been to the LAKE in years but it's good to see fish from there. I love the color of Okeechobee bass. What part of the lake were you on and what were you catching them on? Quote
DINK WHISPERER Posted June 7, 2009 Posted June 7, 2009 AWESOME fish guys! I have a three day trip planned there in the fall! CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Quote
chobeegators Posted June 8, 2009 Author Posted June 8, 2009 I believe it is called the cut, it's near the buckhead ridge canal that leads into the lake. We used junebug and red junebug worms. As a matter of fact we had 3 or 4 more fish in the same range as those 2. They wouldn't bite on anything but the worms today. Quote
mrlitetackle Posted June 8, 2009 Posted June 8, 2009 wow!!!! looks like an awesome day on the water to me. those are sure some healthy fish Quote
avid Posted June 9, 2009 Posted June 9, 2009 Really glad to hear about good catches of healthy chunk bass at the big O. A couple years ago much of the lake was a dry mud bed. Quote
