I went out jig fishing this morning and I caught 2 on a black and blue jig with a Rage Tail chunk, the biggest went 2 lbs 6 ozs. Ever since I started using the Rage Tail chunks my jig fishing has improved considerably.

Jig are to slow for me, but I do fish them, just never catch anything. Glad you are getting 'em

You got to have a sensitive flippin stick to capitalize on jigs. Because it is a partly metal bait that has a heavy weed gaurd, if you feel 2 taps it is over. Gotta feel the first one. The right color is key also, I'll show you if we ever hook up. I have all you need to learn..

I have tried the pork rind thing with no success.  Now that I am having some good luck with the Rage Tail chunks and craws I think I am just going to use those as trailers for right now.  If I start having problems I can always go back to trying the pork rinds.

It seems to be a cold water thing,,I've found in the reserviors after the water gets below 60 the chunks seem to be too much action,,,,an other tip for all seasons is rattles,,,just let the bait sit and shake it to annoy the fish into hitting
