I didn't even try to go out this morning because the weather map showed that it was going to rain on us all day. About noon I decided the weatherman had missed it, so I took off to a small lake close to my house.

The wind was really howling and I had a lot of trouble fishing, but this 9.4 pound girl sucked up my white 3/8 ounce spinnerbait. This is now the largest bass I have ever caught (and released.)

Now, that's what I'm talkin' 'bout!

Great fish, great pic.

Congratulations.

Outstanding - your cadillac of the bass family. Most will fish their whole life and never see a bass that big other than in pictures.

Nice fish! What kind of length does a fish like that go?

You know, I was in such a hurry to weigh her, take pictures, and get her back in the water that I didn't measure her.

Soooo, what Tallahassee lake was that? Pretty please ;)
