This has been a awsome weekend of fishing for me.  Yesterday my partner (Jake) and I totally kicked a$$.  We won the tournament on long pine with a total weight of 15.16, which included the lunker for the tournament 4.29 which also happens to be a new PB for me.  The story just gets better this morning I went out on a float trip on the Juniata river with a friend of mine starting at 630am and ending at 1230pm we caught around 35 smallmouth nothing real big but still some very nice fish.  I do not think I will ever be able to duplicate the success of this weekend but it was a lot of fun and will be a good memory for me for the rest of my life.

Yes it sure sounds like it will.  I had a good day yesterday too, but not as good as yours.  I'm just proud that I looked at the water conditions, made a call to do something that I have not tried before based on logical thinking, and it worked for me.  I got about 8 bass on it in an hour's time, after having went most of the day unable to catch one.

Way to go OLD TIMER!  ;D

Got an email from Jake yesterday letting me know how you guys did. Get pic by the way (in the email jake sent me)! Congrats on the new PB (jake didn't tell me that). I had a feeling you two were going to win that one. Good deal on the river trip too!

Congrats again to both of you! Keep it up!!!
