I caught this 2 March's ago by dragging a plastic craw with  across the bottom, but I didn't have equipment with me to measure.

Any of you vets wanna throw out some estimates??  Thanks.

I would say around the 5.25-5.5 mark. But with that gut it is hard to say.

I'd say that's a solid 6-pounder.

Come on guys, we as anglers have a certain reputation to live up to.

That fish has to at least a 10lbr and had a 2lbr in its mouth when it was caught. It was caught on a Zebco 202 and 2 lb test line. She was caught on the first cast on a lake never before fished The bass was caught by a 5yr old girl while throwing rocks in the water. --Any other ideas?

;)

Seriously,  Nice Bass,  5 1/2- 61/2 would be a guess. Congrats.
