my buddy and i went out earlier than normal this morning.  we decided to start off in a very small tank that we frequent often but rarely catch anything from.  but we can see the bass swimming around, two in particular which looked to be very nice fish.  but they wouldnt bite anything.  well today i started off with a cavitron buzzbait, black on black.  fourth or fifth cast i caught this little momma!!  my new PB!!!  but what was its weight you ask?  well my scale first settled on 5-6 then i reset it and it then settled on 4-15.  so i dont really know what to call it, what do you think?  but i know for sure it was a PB.  this fish was about 22 inches long.  put up a great fight and jumped clear out of the water twice.  it was awesome, and my custom from ronnie(alpster) handled it perfectly, as did my revo.  was great fun and really made my day.  i also caught another keeper sized fish and a few dinks.  everything was on a spinnerbait except this one.

thats kinda funny you say that.  you see it was still pretty dark and this fish did not hit my bait very hard, barely even broke the surface.  and i didnt feel all its weight right away due to it swimming right at me.  and on its first jump i didnt get a good look at it.  the first thing i said was "its a small one"  my buddy replied "its not that small" (he got a better look at it)  then it jumped again and thats when i knew "this could be the one", and it was.  man i love fishing!!!   ;D
