Finally got to go fishing yesterday for the first time since I got that 17 LB carp. I have been buisy with school and have not had any time to fish or come on bassresource.com and post. I also have not been responding to personal messages or aim messages from people on here just because I have been so buisy. Anyway I have gotten most of the important work out of the way and have time to fish and post again.

Anyway got out yesterday for the first time in about two weeks. I was only out for about an hour and a half and caught four largemouth bass.

First fish of the day came pretty quickly. He was a little under two lbs and came on a 4 inch finess worm.

This was the biggest fish of the day. He was 3 LBS exactly. Strange thing about this fish was that he was on a bed. I think he was on his bed yet was not quite settled on it yet. It seems very early for the bass to spawn. This was not the fish I was trying to catch when fishing the bed. There was another bass that was probably 6LBS+ (probably the female) that was there as well. I was trying to catch that one but this one picked up my finess worm instead and I was quite happy to catch him.

Here is a funny picture. First bass of the year on a jerk-bait. He just inhaled this bait and ended up being gill hooked. He was bleeding a lot but I was able to get the jerk bait out and he swam away fine. He was pretty small... around a pound and a half.
