paul. Posted February 18, 2008 Posted February 18, 2008 it was real nice to get out and catch a good 'un today after a pretty lousy month so far. a young 'un with the flu, being sick myself , cold weather, gale force winds, and several other excuses too numerous to list, have made for a less than memorable fishin' month. i finally caught a break today and got 2 nice ones on a tube in about 30 minutes. the first was about 3.5 and then this pretty 6-10 pictured below. it was great to hear the drag again on my little spinning reel. c'mon springtime! John J. Posted February 18, 2008 Posted February 18, 2008 Congrats! It was 60 something today which is unusual for us in Feb. But it rained all day and I didn't feel like hitting the pond. If tomorrow will be warm too, then I will be sure to catch my second bass of the year! Quote
