Awsome fish, surprised the trout get that big there, figured the bass would eat them all. :o

Get a boat and start hiding your spots.  Very nice fish though.

I was fishing from a boat, but it's tough when I have to boat over to another boat and ask them to take a picture!  ;D

The trout hit a trickworm. I caught a 4lb trout on a trickworm a couple months back.

Interesting. I fish a large pond that has some brown and rainbows in it. I usually wish with 3" power worms for them though. Really didn't fish the trick worm too many times. Guess I will have to break out the trick worms and split shot more this year.

Great fish!  8-)

I was in no way intentionally trying to catch a trout. I think it was more of a fluke then anything. So don't put too much time into using a trick worm if you're going for trout.

Looks like I really missed out this weekend :(

It doesn't suprise me that you stuck that fish on a trick worm.  Down here in the "put and take" lakes where they stock 10lb+ trout, there are guys who do very well with 7" powerworms.
