Evan Pease Posted November 21, 2007 Posted November 21, 2007 I went the same lake I always go to and had a great day. I caught 6, all over 12inches, 5 over 15, and 2 over 20. The biggest was 23 inches and was fatter then my 24 inch PB. Runner up was a 20 inch. Heres the 23, I couldnt weigh her; the guy in the background is probably the best trout fisherman around lol he told me if I got a good one to show it to him. My 24 inch PB: Which do you all think is bigger? The 20: BTW this is the third consecutive trip Ive caught a trophy and the fifth one this year. Quote
paul. Posted November 21, 2007 Posted November 21, 2007 congrats on a great day. sounds like you whacked 'em. Quote
FivePoundBluegill Posted November 22, 2007 Posted November 22, 2007 Great day you had there.... Hard to tell which bass would weigh more. It would only be a difference of about 5 ounces I bet. You should realy pick up a digital scale so you know for sure... Quote
tallydude Posted November 22, 2007 Posted November 22, 2007 Well done! It sounds like you've got them dialed in! Quote
Jake. Posted November 22, 2007 Posted November 22, 2007 Nice Fish. It's hard to tell which is bigger... :-/ Quote

Evan Pease Posted November 23, 2007 Author Posted November 23, 2007 Sweet we'll have to have a tourney Quote
Evan Pease Posted November 23, 2007 Author Posted November 23, 2007 I got the two biggest off a chart/white Pure Poison and pretty much every other big one this year with a 1/2 oz blue/black strikeking pro model rattling jig. I had one bigger than either of the biggest fish take me into brush and break off one of the jigs. Quote
Super User .dsaavedra. Posted November 23, 2007 Super User Posted November 23, 2007 d**n KID!!!! i want those fish! the 24" looks fatter so that ones probably the bigger one. you should really use your scale. Quote
basspro48 Posted December 3, 2007 Posted December 3, 2007 Gooood Lawd man, you got em dialed in over there 8-) Quote
farmpond1 Posted December 6, 2007 Posted December 6, 2007 Yowza! I've been fishing for more than a few years and I've yet to catch one bass as big as these, let alone two! You got game! Are you sure you didn't photoshop them in? Just kiddin'. I'm glad to hear you let 'em go. Quote
Terry_ Posted December 6, 2007 Posted December 6, 2007 Two huge fish, two different days, two great outings, same shirt. I'll give ya 10 bucks for the shirt!! LOL ;D ;D ;D ;D Nice fish bro!! Quote
BackOnTheWater Posted December 11, 2007 Posted December 11, 2007 $20 for the shirt ! Nice fish! The 24" is definately the heavier fish. Don't worry about weighing them! It takes only a few seconds...no longer than getting length and girth...but if you only get the tape measure out, be sure to get BOTH measurements for weight calculation! Fine, fine, fish! Quote
Evan Pease Posted December 13, 2007 Author Posted December 13, 2007 Thanks, I wear that shirt thing every weekend exept for the last one because it was warm and I nearly got skunked! It ended my streak of catching at leat 5 keepers >. The one I got was 19 inches though so it was fun. Quote
LakeAnnaBasser Posted December 13, 2007 Posted December 13, 2007 Thats some good fishin. If you caught them in VA you should get a citation award. Quote
