We finally made it back on the water this morning...Launched at 5:20...it was 80 degrees. Surface water temp was 88.6

We caught a few little ones but at least we were out there....

Here's the best of the rest.................caught just before 6 am....

It certainly wasn't huge but it was fun! Look out in the morning....planned launch 5AM, if I can convince my husband to get out of bed that early ;D

Looks like heaven to me.

I see you are a UK fan.

Did you know that it has been 25 years since Kentucky has had back to back winning seasons in football?

And the schedule  might prevent it from happening this year, with LSU, Louisville, Florida and Tennesee as sure losses and Arkansas, South Carolina and Georgia as long shot wins.

But with the talent UK has on offense and all the starters returning on defense it may be possible to do it again.

As for your fishing, any time on the water is better than on land, unless you are fishing from the bank.

Thanks for sharing.

Thanks, I think.... :)

Yeah, I tore a tendon about 7 yrs ago, had it repaired about 5 yr ago. Last week, I fished so much it flared up again.....wanted to try to nip it in the bud.....would rather not have to spend another 10wks in a cast from finger tips to shoulder. It's done good till now......No, stopping fishing is NOT an option!

If it isn't the tendons, it's the back, if it isn't the back it's the knee, if it isnt.... :)

I have a wrap for my forearm too.  Being on disability for 7 months last year had me casting a little too much. (hehehe) I started using it at the end of the season and by winter, it was resolved.  Felt it act up again this spring, wore the brace, all better.  Funny what a little pressure in the right place will do.

Kinda like Muddy's hit men.

Yes, I know Muddy's hit men well, Avid had them pay me a visit after my comments about his daughter...... :'(
