Thad Posted October 7, 2008 Posted October 7, 2008 I know it will be different depending on where you fish and the forage on your lakes, but if you had to choose one pattern what would it be. It can be two or three if you choose. I would have to go with some type of chrome pattern. Quote

Captain Rhino Posted October 7, 2008 Posted October 7, 2008 The red breasted silver shad does wonders for me. It seems to attract bass when nothing else is working. Quote
basser89 Posted October 7, 2008 Posted October 7, 2008 The one lake I've been fishing more recently is on the stained side most of the time (visibility is no more than 2' deep at best). Firetiger has been my most productive color on that lake. For the clear lakes that I fish, Green Shad is my most productive color. Quote

Stringjam Posted October 7, 2008 Posted October 7, 2008 Pearl / Black or Yellow / Black If every crank in my box was one of those 2 colors, I'd still have just as much confidence as with the current rainbow of shades that resides there......but let's face it - colors are FUN! Quote
