We went fishing at a new pond in NH last week, and the big bass were practily leaping into the boat. It was easly to catch several fish, most of them big bass.

Well, last night we went back to the same pond, and had almost NO luck.  We caught a few small fish, and my buddy caught one decent bass, but nothing special.

The barometer was steady, the light was good, and we stayed out until 9:00pm using every different type of lure we had.  Fished the whole lake including the deep parts.

Where did they all go?  I talked to other people on the same pond who also had very little luck yesterday.
