Super User roadwarrior Posted May 30, 2007 Super User Posted May 30, 2007 Man, that's great! You're on a big bite. If you want to try and kick it up a notch, buy a bag of 6" Senkos and fish them on 4/0 EWG hooks. You might be surprised. Sometimes there are bigger bass lurking around, but you just can't get to them because the smaller bass are so aggressive. You might have to break out your Shimano Stradic, I'm not sure you can fish a Senko on a Plfueger. : Quote
Guest the_muddy_man Posted May 30, 2007 Posted May 30, 2007 HEY RW ELAINE IS GETTING INO FISHING AND LOVES THAT STRADIC(figures she is a %^*%*%Yankke Fan also) I GAVE HER THE REEL AND IT'S ON A ST CROIX. SHE IS GETTING HER LICENCE THIS MONTH AND WE ARE GOING FOR THE FIRST TIME. IT'S IN GOOD USE I THANK YOU FOR YOUR GENOROSITY Quote
Guest avid Posted May 30, 2007 Posted May 30, 2007 Yo Mudster - Great day. I don't mean to rain on your parade, but when your into a senko bite like, tossing a light, slow falling jig in a similar color could break the "hex" One never knows, do one? Quote
