Also, how did lake tranquility turn out? the 4.2 came from Carnegie and the other ones came from this small place up north... tranquility was a pain in the ***. i didnt like the lake to much to be honest. seems like alot of small fish in there and way to many weeds that place is choked already. like 3 people who i guess felt they were almighty police of the lake complained to us about having an outboard on myboat even tho it was never put in the water and were bugging us about who told us we could be out here. im never goining back not worth the hassle Quote
Super User roadwarrior Posted May 7, 2007 Super User Posted May 7, 2007 EXCELLENT! That's quite a weekend. Congratulations. Quote
Troutfisher Posted May 7, 2007 Posted May 7, 2007 Wow...those are some chunky fish! I noticed you caught a pickerel...I've never caught one of those. Good job! Quote

You just have to be careful who're around, the people at tranquility are very protective of their area....I've had my share of experiences with some people from there. Maybe some time, I could meet up with you and we could hit a local lake. Quote
Guest avid Posted May 7, 2007 Posted May 7, 2007 New PB's are so cool. Congrats dude. You did in twice in one week. Now that's some braggin rights. Quote

demonjd22 Posted May 7, 2007 Posted May 7, 2007 Dang, I wish I was catching hogs like that up here in Northern NJ. I haven't been able to break the 3 lb mark around here. That pickerel seemed to be outta his league chasing that Castaic though huh ;D Quote
NJfishinGuy Posted May 7, 2007 Author Posted May 7, 2007 honestly up untill this weekend my biggest was 3lbs for the year. ive been out on the water saturday and sunday all day for the last like 5 weeks at least and didn't start putting fish in the boat consistently till the last 2 weeks which i probably got about 40 bass in the boat before that it was like 1 or 2 a day if i was lucky Quote
