I'm a little late getting in....what needs to be bought that hasnt been bought already? Let me know and I'll get it.

avid,sent cell # via pm

got the cell# - Still a few needed guys so let's get with the program.  You wouldn't want to find out at dinner that all the fish were in the NEXT cove right?

Also some side dishes would be nice.  We have a nice salad, some beautiful bread and butter, how about some corn on the cob, or truffles gently soufled in a delicate chateau Rothschild?

Just a suggestion, any side dish offers will be accepted.

Avid,

I'm down real good with the corn on the cob, but I have a few questions.

Why would anyone eat the cuffs on a fancy shirt?

Do you soufled with a torch or a hammer?

Who is the Rothschild dude and why isn't he on the sign up list?

Just curious  ;) ;D ;D

Hey Muddy, do you want me to pick up some Italian bread for the trip?  I haven't heard anything pro or con as yet.   We have a chain store here in Tulsa called Panera.  They sell all kinds of off-the wall breads.  Just tell me what kind of bread you are looking for, and how many loaves.  Then we'll go from there.

Avid,

The Bassbuss itenereary is roughly 1600 miles and around 22 hours road time. Muddy man, Brutus (the 2 mooks) & I will also be heading out from the East coast on the morning of the sixteenth. Carl (Riskkid) has graciously offered us a lunch stop at his place along the way. My daughter & I did an even longer trip on the motorcycle last summer. The journey is half the fun. LOL

Are we there yet?!!!

I agree.  The journey IS half the fun.  The other half is the Planning.

That leaves the third half for the actual being there  :-/

Too bad y'all are coming from the North and me from the South.  Otherwise we coulda met for breakfast at RW's Tennesee Two step cafe.  (the two step is named for what you do AFTER you eat his cookin')  ;)

See ya soon.

We will be rolling right through Memphis on the 2nd day, but it will be evening time. Early lunch at Carl's outside of Nashville, dinner around Memphis and we will take a nap around Little Rock. Will be rolling into Fork about lunch time Sunday, if all goes well. See you then.

I won't be anywhere near y'all.

I'll be on the gulf coast through the Florida panhandle, Mississippi, and Alabama.  I'll hit N'Awlens and head North into the lone star state.

I have no idea where I'll be when, but I'll call you guys on the cell and we can talk about the sites,

How's that sound?

Sounds great Avid,

The bassbuss is going in the shop this week to get a tune up and going over. A little house keeping and it will be ready to roll. This last month is going by quick, but not quick enough. JMHO
