Guest avid Posted March 13, 2007 Posted March 13, 2007 Way to go Sarge. I would rather hear the story of a guy who breaks his pb, then of the guy who caught "another" ten pounder. Outstanding. Quote

Pond Hopper Posted March 13, 2007 Posted March 13, 2007 Nice fish and congratulations, I am hoping to be as fortunate as you this year with a new PB. Quote
Top Posted March 13, 2007 Author Posted March 13, 2007 This fish boost was a true blessing to me... lately my life hasn't been going well, 90% of it self induced. Between trying to rebuild a destroyed marriage, figuring out why I make stupid decisions, moving 1/2 way across the country, finding out I need major oral surgery THEN adding to it a deployment, I have been feeling sorry for myself not to mention seriously depressed and I have been doing a whole lot of soul searching and when I fish I am alone and able to do it. I am in the process of making a complete 180 degree u-turn on my life... I just hope it isn't too late for me... I have begun attending church and I have another friend here that I turn to for spiritual guidance as he had issues in his past and thru him I see that you can make a complete change in your life... ok I am rambling... thanks for all the kind words... this just shows me that with prayer and hard work I will be the man I NEED to be... I am just glad I have a support system I need... and an occasional fish to justify the cost off all my equipment AL Quote
Gotta Love It Posted March 14, 2007 Posted March 14, 2007 Have faith my friend and everthing will work out in the end!!! Quote
