Lightninrod Posted January 20, 2007 Posted January 20, 2007 Cold and windy this AM so I decided to walk the bank of my boss's smaller pond. Tried drop-shot(one bite-no hookup), jig, rat-l-trap, Pointer, T-rigged Swimming Senko, and a few others. The only bait that got bit was the Pointer. Caught 4 one-pounders and 3 dinks until the 5 lber finally bit. I hardly felt the hit but my Helium helped out. I was afraid the well-worn 12# fluro would break so I played her gently, walking back and forth along the bank until she wore out and I was able to lip her. 5 lbs--22" Same Bass Dan Quote
