Big-O Posted September 29, 2008 Posted September 29, 2008 Here in Texas, gonna have to go with the Rage Craw, Space Monkey or 7" Annie with tails dipped in JJ's chartreuse. Small, active and attractive to the fish.... Big O www.ragetail.com Quote

Super User Munkin Posted September 30, 2008 Super User Posted September 30, 2008 Not trying to hijack this but does the carolina rig work well for you in the fall? I find that the fish come shallow so spinnerbaits, jerkbaits, cranks and swimjigs are about alll I use. Allen Quote

Sure, there are some big fish that move up, but there are big girls that stay deep all year other than to spawn. Continue fishing your summer big fish spots, and I think you'll be surprised. Quote
catchnm Posted September 30, 2008 Posted September 30, 2008 Zoom Trick worm in the baitfish / shad pattern. French fry type baits are good too. Around rocks a DT Hula Grub or a Rage Tail Craw in watermelon or green pumpkin. Quote
