ben23 Posted December 5, 2006 Posted December 5, 2006 Hey guys, This is the results from my first trip out using my new Airrus rods. I LOVE the Ultra XL in medium casting for shallow-mid crankbaits- it is awesome!!! They were 3 lbs 8 ounces and 2 pounds 7 ounces- not big for most, but I dont see to many smallies around here. Quote
Super User roadwarrior Posted December 5, 2006 Super User Posted December 5, 2006 Excellent! I love brown fish. Quote
Craw Posted December 5, 2006 Posted December 5, 2006 Great fish! I'd take them like that all day, every day! Looks like it was a perfect day for it, cool, cloudy and a little wind. Awesome! Quote
Super User Dan: Posted December 5, 2006 Super User Posted December 5, 2006 awesome fish! I wish I could catch some smallies that big in my home river (80% of the adult smallies were killed two years ago so there aren't any big ones left) Quote
c17Lat Posted December 5, 2006 Posted December 5, 2006 Nice Smallmouth!! i caught one about that size up here in NY at Seneca lake in october since i'm in college up here for my first year. i never actually caught one back in MD, but I'm assuming you caught that in MD...which lake...triadelphia?
