dane1984 Posted November 7, 2006 Posted November 7, 2006 Went out early today, caught three short fish, one keeper, and missed another. It was almost so foggy that I couldn't see the water. They hit Strike King jigs in watermelon and orange craw with craw trailers. Air temp was 49 degrees. Some were chasing baitfish on top, but tried a buzzbait and a zara spook to no avail. No pics, as my camera's batteries were dead. Any suggestions for topwater baits that might work? dane P.S. This was lake Coffeen, it is a power plant lake. Quote
Yakfish Posted November 7, 2006 Posted November 7, 2006 Floating Rapalas? I have a couple of jointed that work well for me during the warmer months when they're hitting top water baits. Quote
