jesse-c Posted June 20, 2009 Posted June 20, 2009 Our club is planning on joining federation in july and I am going to head up memberships and such. Problem is I got on the BASS website and it really doesnt detail to much. For example it doesnt say how much it costs per angler. all of our members are bass subscribers so all we need to do is pay our federation dues right? I have heard rumors that once you join federation you get good deals from bass sponsors like a once a year 50% off a one time lowrance purchase? Any truth to these rumors. Anyone who has gone through this and is willing to shed some light i would be appreciative. -jesse Quote
etommy28 Posted June 20, 2009 Posted June 20, 2009 i could be wrong but I think all of that type of stuff is done by the federation. Quote
hawgwalker Posted June 20, 2009 Posted June 20, 2009 Pretty much gives the scoop here: http://sports.espn.go.com/outdoors/bassmaster/federation/news/story?page=b_fed_nation_start_a_club Been a long long time for me Quote
UPS VT Posted June 21, 2009 Posted June 21, 2009 The current Federation dues for BASS is $20 per year. Your state may have dues for the state ours here in VT is $5. You would need to contact your state federation for your club to be affiliated. Yes there are discounts available on Lowrance and Motorguide products. These discounts are bigger for state team members. Quote
