This is strait out of terms and conditions

ARTICLE III. MEMBERSHIP

Section 1. Member.

In order to participate in the College Bass, the school they represent must be a four year program, furthermore an individual (1) must be a member of the College Bass (hereinafter referred to as "CB"); (2) an individual's school club must be registered with CB. (3) Must be enrolled as a student at the college they represent. (4) Must have a minimum of a 2.00 cumulative GPA.

They don't have it specified on their main rules page, which is weird. http://collegebass.com/rules.aspx thats the link if you don't believe me. You should send Hank Weldon an email to get clarification. And for the southern collegiate send Jann Swaim one as well. But first you would have to start a club as defined by your college. If your college doesn't allow club teams then thats a shame.

Etommy, the schedule for next year hasn't been created I don't think. go to www.auburn.edu/bass for info about the southern collegiate and look at the results from this years series.

I'm not sure man, I think they just hooked us up. I would contact the people running the tournament and ask for ideas. What school you representing? We're passing on the national championship this year due to the flw college fishing tourney on the delta being the same weekend. I'm from marin county/mill valley, go to university of oregon.

Hah! I'm actually living in Terra Linda when I'm not at school/over the summer. Phoenix, nicasio, alpine? Those are my stomping grounds. I go to alpine every chance I get.

Have any of the college fishing teams spread to any of the northeastern schools yet?

After seeing this post, I thought about trying to start a club at my school but the College Bass website says there is an age limit of 25 to fish the qualifiers and the Championship. Does anyone know if there are exceptions for the age limit. I was in the Navy for 6 years, but now I am out and I am going to college full time. Can anyone help me out here?

for FLw college fishing there is no age limit, and Im not too sure about Boat US but I dont think they do. so you should go ahead and do it. There is not reason for you to be punished for serving our country. just look around there are plenty of opertunities. What school are u at Ray-Ray?
