I know a few guys that fish two clubs. Does anyone here do this. Is this an ok thing to do? Ive been thinking about doing this myself, the club Im in now has a tournament once a month, the 4th saturday of the month, I was thinking of joining a club that does theirs on the 2nd saturday. I just want to fish more than one tournament a month.

It depends on the club. I know in our club's by-law. now this is my club. We are a BASS federation club.  It states, in my clubs by-laws, that you can not be a member of a nother BASS federation club. But you can belong to other bass tournament circuts, which most of our members do. we have this stated, becasue we want our addendance to be high at all out tournaments and meetings. we fish 14 tournaments a year , about one every two weeks once the season starts. so there isn't much time to fish other clubs. that being said a lot of our members fish other Buddy tournament circuts. In my area we have a large Buddy circut and we try to schedule our tournaments around their since members fish both. But with a club that only fishes once a month. I would look into fishing something else too.

We have the other way to. we have lost members because they said we "fish to much", but that is why we joined this club to fish, and we like to fish as much as we can.

Ya nothing in either one of the clubs by laws about not fishing in another club. One tournament is just not enough for me, Id like to fish at least two maybe three a month. Fishing is an addiction. And let me tell you Im hooked bad.
