I finally got hold of a a news paper article that was published about a freind and myself fishing lake Champlian in a Florida news paper and to be used in the accomplished outdoor writer's upcoming bass fishing book.

The article includes a large photo of me clearly showing the gear I was using.

My main question is should I send copies of this to the manufactures or just let it go get it framed and be happy it happened.

Thanks Guys

Totally agree.  Send them the picture and a letter, maybe even an article on WHY you choose the gear you use.

I had a friend do this, and although I pointed him in the right way through my contacts with the company, he's now sponsored by them and gets ALL of his rods for free.  All for catching a fish.
