Here is a rough draft of my resume. Let me know if you have any positive or negative comments or suggestions or if I need to add, take off, or switch anything. Thanks

P.S. I will put my address and phone numbers along with a website address when I send this out to real potential sponsors.

P.S.S. All main titles would be in bold and underlined on the final copy.

Derek, something to consider. Your resume is a decent basic template but it is also the same template 99% of the other individuals use who are sending resumes out as well. Try to do something different that sets you apart from the rest of the crowd. Ask yourself after writing your resume...."would I be interested in this person to represent my company or why would this company sign me up based on this resume".

I read roughly 50 to 100 resumes a month. To be honest, most are just like the one you submitted. Sure everyone wants to do what they can and represent the company they apply to, it goes without saying. You need to market yourself so the person reading the resume actually get interested in you. Play off your on the water experiences.

So your kind of saying to maybe take out the...What I can offer my sponsors...section and maybe put in a on the water experience of some kind? But whats the best on the water experience if I haven't fished in any offical tournaments(I have fished in tournaments before but nothin offical or with a entry fee)

P.S.  I have read many times to keep the resume to one page or shorter?  Its at exactly one page right now.
