i dont like ike ok because the way he throws a fit like 5 year old and i dont care if it is part of his personality

So, if you met Ike and he was cool with you and then you met another pro who you said you liked better, but he was a jerk to you.....would you still not like Ike because he "throws a fit on T.V.?" I'm tired of people using that as a reason to say they don't like Ike when his behavior doesn't effect anyone.

Why is it horrible?  Who does he affect?  He's got a reputation as being gracious and humble, especially to kids.  Some of the more important people associated with this site know him and can tell you this from experience.  It's not right to talk about his parents either.  Everyone has the right to their own opinion, I just don't like broad assumptions based on anything but someones character.  Maybe you'll look at things differently when you are older.

Well Bassmaster asked for top 3 picks, but they didn't publish it on their site for some reason.  So here's what I sent them:

1. Cliff Pace -- The Delta is huge, and this tournament is going to be won

on a spot, not a pattern.  So experience on this body of water is a

competitive advantage. Nobody in this field knows the Delta better than

Pace. He's going to be tough to beat.

2.  Gary Klein -- He's done well here in the past. The Delta seems to

cater to his strengths.  Besides, he's LONG overdue! The odds are in his

favor.

3.  Bobby Lane -- The average depth of the Delta is 4 feet deep, which is

exactly the type of water Bobby is accustomed to, back on his home waters

in Florida.  Flipping and pitching are going to be key, and Bobby is an

ace at it.  He'll make an average spot produce very well for him.  If he

gets on a key spot, he could win it.

I've seen Skeet cry because he missed his daughter being born, and Gerald cry more than once.....

I've yet to see Ike cry.  He gets excited, not throwing a fit.

There are a number of people who could win.  I'm going with a dark horse - Todd Faircloth.  He's often near the top but flies under the radar.  He likes shallow water.

Rumor is that Martens is having an awesome day and KVD, Skeet, and Ike are all in the neighborhood of the top 10... Ike's supposedly culling 3 pounders. Starting out as a heck of a Classic. Official weigh in for day 1 coming right up (had a late start due to fog).
