Texasfishingtips Posted February 4, 2011 Posted February 4, 2011 First place yesterday was a 35lb stringer weighed in by Chad Prough. 52 anglers brought 20lb sacks to the scales. And from the updates iv read so far today, looks like there will be more 20lb sacks brought in today. Should be a very close. I would be willing to bet that it will take almost 40lbs to make the cut. http://www.bassresource.com/bass_fishing_123/flw-okeechobee-11.html If you make an account, or if you already have one, then you can watch the weigh in live at 3:00pm ET. http://www.flwoutdoors.com/flwlive.cfm?type=bass Clancy W Quote
Super User South FLA Posted February 4, 2011 Super User Posted February 4, 2011 Lake Okeechobee is a BASS FACTORY. California has its Florida native bass fed a high protein diet, Texas has its Florida strain restocking program. FLORIDA has the real deal , Florida bass in their natural environment. I will be out there next week for SURE! Quote
