Search your states TBF or Federation Nation clubs/organizations. Contact a one of the local clubs to see if they have a youth club, join, and have at it!

FYI, I just did a search of both the Missouri TBF and Federation Nation, BOTH appear to have well established youth programs.

What he said. Aboslute best place for a youngster to get started. You'll make some friends, fish some tournaments and hang around with some great folks. I'd lean toward the TBF, which is also ramping up efforts to get fishing clubs in high schools.

I have the contact information for the Missouri Youth director if you would like it. I fished it for years, but last year was my last year. Let me know.
