Super User Tin Posted February 19, 2010 Super User Posted February 19, 2010 Omori has about 14 pounds and KVD is right behind him. Feel bad for Boyd Duckett blowing up a motor, that has to mess with your head. Quote
RobbyZ5001 Posted February 19, 2010 Posted February 19, 2010 Whats the story with KVD? Do you think he will stick to his current spot which is near the launch with Kriet? Sharing fish in a long tournament never seems to turn out well. Quote
Super User Tin Posted February 19, 2010 Author Super User Posted February 19, 2010 The guy who can bang out a limit of spots early and go cull out with some kicker largies will win. Quote
bmadd Posted February 19, 2010 Posted February 19, 2010 Faircloth has made a huge jump today. Now in the lead with 15-12 Quote
Manigotapee Posted February 19, 2010 Posted February 19, 2010 im at work, but can't figure out if its my computer or ESPN, but I can't get the leaderboard to work? keep me updated!! What's BB so far? Quote
BUCKEYEone Posted February 19, 2010 Posted February 19, 2010 18 in so far, KVD in front with 19-8, big bass is Don Hogue with a 6-0 Quote
Super User South FLA Posted February 20, 2010 Super User Posted February 20, 2010 KVD leads The guy is a machine! Quote
RobbyZ5001 Posted February 20, 2010 Posted February 20, 2010 A few questions... Does BASS use a release boat? Do you think new fish will be moving into beeswax daily with this warming trend? Is Omori or Ike fishing beeswax? I just have a feeling KVD and the guys will be sharing fish and Day 3 will be tough for them to throw together a nice limit. If there are guys sitting 12-14lbs right now and have the area to themselves I think they have the advantage. Quote
Super User Tin Posted February 20, 2010 Author Super User Posted February 20, 2010 Yes the fish are reloading and moving into Beeswax Creek. I do not believe Ike is in Beeswax but his area looks pretty nice and seems to be a lot like Beeswax and it is one of the warmer areas on the lake as he had said. And last I knew, B.A.S.S. does use a release boat. Quote
Super User Tin Posted February 20, 2010 Author Super User Posted February 20, 2010 Looks like it is going to be slugfest in Beeswax, Kriet and KVD are really close. Faircloth is very close to them as well. Quote
RobbyZ5001 Posted February 20, 2010 Posted February 20, 2010 I think Taq or Ike is going to win it. -edit nvm Taq-misscored the 6lb actually a 2lber PS this is an awesome blog comment: Ike is, as you would expect, every where, running like his *** is on fire and his face is catching. Quote
Mottfia Posted February 20, 2010 Posted February 20, 2010 Tak is way up river Spot fishing. He is running a pattern that is good for 10-16lbs during this time of year. I think if he can catch a solid limit early and turn back to find a large head then he'll be fine but if Beeswax reloads the whole tournament then he won't be able to catch up. Still after watching the feed on him, I'm pulling for him. Mottfia Quote

My dad had pleasure of meeting Ike at Lay Lake a while back and said he was pretty laid back guy off water and behind the scene. Quote
