which of them annoy you the most?

these guys all get t.v. time and you have to admit some of them are just downright annoying after awhile.

1. Dean Rojas: noone compares...  here is a quote from sir arrogance that pretty much sums it up... "Even if other anglers crowd him, he's confident he'll be able to catch fish that they miss. "Nobody can cast like I can," he said."  put a cork in it.

2. Aaron Martins: whine much?  did you guys see him whining over velvick being "on his spot" down in texas, and then whining again over evers being "on his spot on oneida (the same spot where evers had done well the year before).  ugh.

3. "Big Show" Terry Scroggins... im going out on a limb here, but i would bet he got that nickname because somebody was making fun of him.

1. Dean - I can't stand his Miss Piggy imitations when he is throwing the frog.

2. Aaron - That crap in Texas was embarrassing.

3. of all the Elites I have been around, followed or met, he takes the jerk prize.

On a side note, my favorite non Floridian would have to Skeet Reese.

I have heard some things from Dean Rojas that lead me to believe he might have an attitude as well---bwhat really bothers me about him is that he is a one-trick pony.

Personally, I like Aaron and have met him at the Elite here at Oneida.  I'm sure you have complained once or twice, at some point, about someone being on your spot!  With that said, that shouldn't be an excuse.  As an Elite pro, you should have more than 1 or 2 productive spots.  After all, aren't they supposed to be able to take all these variables into consideration!

With your comments about Dean, I'm surprised you like Skeet.  I also met him at the Oneida Elite, and he was the only one that I could say copped an attitude.  He was too cool for school!!!!

Dean and Aaron both come from the west coast. Might be a local growing up issue but I have never met either. ALL of the pros on the circuit I have met have seemed to be ok guys. Never had any showout while I was around so I cannot throw out any negative comments about them. When you are around as many people as much as they are I am sure some get the feeling that they have been slighted. It's a wonder that there is not more talk about their comments. You can't please everyone 100% of the time. Overall I think they do an excellent job with their public comments and actions.

Gman on the other hand is in a class by himself. It's a wonder he does not have to physically defend himself at times from all the stuff he comes up with and the things out of his mouth. I like him and what he has done for the sport.

If he could just win a tournament..... :-?

Amen. This will be his year. He has had a lot of things that would be hard for anyone to deal with, let alone being in the public eye. My best goes out to him and the family. He is one of a kind, but he is as real as it gets.
