TeamBerettaGold Posted February 22, 2008 Posted February 22, 2008 Go to the link from before, and click on the arena cam, if your playin off a laptop make sure its hardwired and not off wireless, otherwise it just keeps buffering. Quote
Super User Tin Posted February 22, 2008 Author Super User Posted February 22, 2008 Yeah what was up with that? Because FLW made a comment about alcohol and ED pills never being sponsors for them. Anyone hear Tak's entry to Every buddy was Kong-Fu Fighting? And KVD, I'm not happy with my bag today....20 pounds 3 ounces : Quote
TeamBerettaGold Posted February 22, 2008 Posted February 22, 2008 I couldnt stop laughin when tak came in, lol, classic. Id be happy as heck with a second place bag! Quote

preach4bass Posted February 22, 2008 Posted February 22, 2008 Somebody in IKE's boat must have overestimated the size of his fish. : It was estimated that he had 22 pounds but only has 18-5. KVD is looking set to win a third classic Quote
Cigarlover 1 Posted February 22, 2008 Posted February 22, 2008 Somebody in IKE's boat must have overestimated the size of his fish. : quote] It was probably Ike. lol Quote

BUCKEYEone Posted February 23, 2008 Posted February 23, 2008 You gotta love seeing Charlie out on top after day one. He didnt sound very confidant after the pre-fish, but he is on to something! He's a great guy, and deserves a classic win...cant wait to see how this one works out! Quote
Super User burleytog Posted February 23, 2008 Super User Posted February 23, 2008 Timmy's comment about being able to use their own stuff and wear their own shirts.... :-X I wish I could have heard that. Timmy makes a great point. Quote
Bassnajr Posted February 23, 2008 Posted February 23, 2008 Saturday morning.... Not to crazy about the coverage on ESPN2..what do you guys think? Going back and forth between the DVR and ESPN.com ..... Still going crazy...7" of snow..another kick in the jewels!! ajr Quote
BUCKEYEone Posted February 23, 2008 Posted February 23, 2008 Agreed, not a whole lot of the field covered, just the usual big names. I got more info off of here and bassmaster.com than I did from TV. Quote

Timmy makes a great point. Yes he does but it was just B.A.S.S. taking a shot back at FLW. Quote
Fishing Doug Posted February 23, 2008 Posted February 23, 2008 Is there a link to where we can get real time updates? Am I not seeing the blog for today? Quote
=Matt 5.0= Posted February 23, 2008 Posted February 23, 2008 I'm gonna say it!!!! Love him or hate him Iaconelli is great for bass fishing!!!! I know alot of people here can't stand him, but fishing wise and marketing wise (this is a business remember!!) the guy is the FANtastic!!! If he wins, this site will give out a collective MOAN!!! And the next day, secretly, alot of folks will be buying all his sponsors gear!!! BRILLIANT!!! IMO :) AJR I'm just about done with his book. I highly recommend it. He gives so much insight into his life before, and during his career. A great easy read. The guy puts so much pressure on himself, it's easy to see why he explodes when he lands a fish. Quote
Low_Budget_Hooker Posted February 23, 2008 Posted February 23, 2008 Is there a big holding take just under the stage where they are dropping the fish?? And they just keep swapping them out? or how does that work for a big tourny like this? Shimano has a release boat. Not sure if it is at the classic but it is a pontoon boat with huge tanks full of treated water. The h20 has enzymes and antibiotics, etc. They say the fish released from that boat are healthier than when they were caught. Again, not sure if it's at the classic but I'm sure these fish are being treated and released. I'm gonna say it!!!! Love him or hate him Iaconelli is great for bass fishing!!!! I know alot of people here can't stand him, but fishing wise and marketing wise (this is a business remember!!) the guy is the FANtastic!!! If he wins, this site will give out a collective MOAN!!! CJ Posted February 23, 2008 Posted February 23, 2008 Looks like it may have slowed down a little today. Yet, a few of the pros have made a move. Can't wait to see. On another note, I wonder if the jerkbait might come into play with this warm up? Quote
