rondef Posted February 23, 2008 Posted February 23, 2008 Great pictures and videos guys, thanks for posting them. I just wish ESPN would get their act together. The coverage this morning on ESPN2 was terrible at best, they only showed about 15 to 20 minutes of actual fishing in a show that was 90 minutes. The ESPN executives in charge of the classic should be reprimanded due to the pathetic coverage they showed. I woke up early and I was excited to watch the day one coverage and it turned out to be a big disappointment. I guess ESPN has decided to force people to pay money on their website if they want to see the classic coverage. Shame on you ESPN!!!! You have no problem putting almost 48 hours of coverage for tennis a couple of weeks ago (all weekend long) but this is best you can do for coverage of the classic. Sorry guys I just needed to vent. I agree 100%. I think they are doing a good thing for the sport by even showing it on ESPN, but they need to show a little more of what goes down on the water. I do like Zona a lot though, if it weren't for him I think the show would have hardly any entertainment factor other than the Ike highlights. Quote
