bassinforlife Posted January 11, 2008 Posted January 11, 2008 I was just wondering if anyone here fishes in the ABA divisions 4 or 124 in New York. Quote
bassinforlife Posted January 11, 2008 Author Posted January 11, 2008 I just started fishing in 124. I fished one tournament last year at Butterfield and plan on fishing in each tourny this year. Maybe you were at Butterfield also. Let me know. Quote
TI_Bassin Posted January 11, 2008 Posted January 11, 2008 I was at Butterfield, Were you the lucky one to fish with Dick Garlock? I fished and put Barton on the fish to win that one. Quote
bassinforlife Posted January 11, 2008 Author Posted January 11, 2008 Yea I was fishing in Dick's boat. He was a great guy to fish with. He had alot of information to tell me about fishing and we had fun that day. We didn't catch any big ones but had are limits by about 11 that day. I really enjoyed that tournament. Quote
TI_Bassin Posted January 11, 2008 Posted January 11, 2008 Yea all the guy's that fish 124 are good guy's and also good sticks I've learned a lot from them. I haven't fished with Dick yet but he is a really good stick, he used to fish the B.A.S.S. tour back in the late 70's early 80's and has a rule that all the old guy's call the Garlock rule because he would go scuba diving to find fish during practice witch is not allowed now. We now have to wait to the end of June for the next tournament it should be a good one on Black Lake it's a good time of year for that lake. Quote
