I know what you're talking about. It was on Lake Amistad. He was using the Picasso Ish Tube in White Pearl.

If you're referring to a tournament a couple years back at Amistad where he was sight fishing with a 7" + white looking tube, that one was a Giant Tora tube.....thats the one he used before he got with Picasso.
