LFlanigan Posted August 25, 2008 Posted August 25, 2008 Can anyone identify this lure? It has been in my tackle box and I would like to purchase more, but I can't find it anywhere and don't know what it is called. It has sat in my tackle box for about 5 years. Quote
Eddie Munster Posted August 25, 2008 Posted August 25, 2008 Don't have any idea. Kind of looks like one of my sister-in-law's earring. Quote

Big-O Posted August 25, 2008 Posted August 25, 2008 Have never seen it but it looks interesting...Welcome to the group Big O www.ragetail.com Quote
Super User Bassin_Fin@tic Posted August 25, 2008 Super User Posted August 25, 2008 About how big is it? Looks like it might have been made for saltwater :-? Quote
T-Bone Posted August 25, 2008 Posted August 25, 2008 I have seen one of those before, but it was at a flea market and it wasn't in its original package so I couldn't tell you much about it other than the fact that I have seen one before. Quote
Hoosierdaddy Posted August 25, 2008 Posted August 25, 2008 Mystery solved. It is a Renosky Crystalina Crippled Shad. Wal Mart used to carry them. You can buy them directly from Renosky. Just do a google search. I don't have enough posts to post a link. Quote
LFlanigan Posted August 25, 2008 Author Posted August 25, 2008 Thanks Hoosier! That's it. Already put them on order. Lets hope the success continues. I like the action on that bait--lets hope the fish continue to like it too. Quote
Low_Budget_Hooker Posted August 25, 2008 Posted August 25, 2008 I have a box full of them. A GREAT twitch bait. Just get it as far away as possible and twitch it, leaving it where it is. Very cheap and worth every penny. Hooks need to be switched out. Avoid the smaller size ones, they are not the same, the hook is on the wrong side. Quote
