Super User Micro Posted May 31, 2008 Super User Posted May 31, 2008 This new swimbait looks pretty amazing. Most realistic looking Shad I've seen to date... Spro 4" Shad Quote
Super User .dsaavedra. Posted May 31, 2008 Super User Posted May 31, 2008 micro i hate you. you have now made me spend 20 bucks on a lure.... :-/ Quote
Still a Bigbuckifan Posted May 31, 2008 Posted May 31, 2008 Wow I can't wait to get my hands on these Quote
Super User Sam Posted May 31, 2008 Super User Posted May 31, 2008 Micro, That is a beautiful bait. I visited the "double secret" tackle shop in my area that sells Japanese lures and I purchased some beautiful baits that you can't find anywhere, other than the internet. The artwork is simply beautiful. Just like the lure you showed us. The one that blew my mind is the Pop Max GG Peacock which resembles a bleeding yellow perch. The details are excellent. It looks like a real fish. The Mr-X Griffon and the Virbation-X Ultra by Megabass are also beautiful. I purchased a Megabass Type-X orange back - goldpearl frog. Never have seen such a frog before. Totally different from any frogs I have ever seen. It is designed to go right, left and upside down and it always turns right-side up. I am planning to throw these "different" baits in four tournaments coming up in June but I just can't help myself so I will be throwing them before to get the hang and feel of them. I also picked up an IMA Roumba in the Bull Frog style. This bait was honorable mention at the ICast show and it is something that I would like to bite. It is a beautiful bait and I hope it produces some nice strikes. Please let us know how you do with the baits. PM me if you can after you give them a good workout. Isn't it great to throw something different that the fish have not seen day in and day out? Thanks for sharing the information. Now, to get boat back from Jerry Cooper's shop and hit the rivers Quote

Super User Micro Posted June 1, 2008 Author Super User Posted June 1, 2008 Now that looks sweet. Looks like it will be a great striper bait, too. Quote

fretfishman Posted July 14, 2008 Posted July 14, 2008 it's coming out in september and I've been waiting patiently for this thing. my b-day is in sept. and I'm requesting one of a different color from everyone I know.... ;D Quote
JShrock07 Posted July 14, 2008 Posted July 14, 2008 d**n bait monkey!!!! Wife is gonna kill me for sure!!! HAHAHA ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D Quote
lknbassman Posted July 14, 2008 Posted July 14, 2008 Looks great. Hope it works AND holds up better than the Strike King King Shad. That thing broke apart in no time with plastic joints holding it together.... > Contacted SK and they say a new one is on the way (3 weeks ago) so we'll see. Regardless, this bait from SPRO looks incredible and with 2 more joints in the body probably swims much in a much more realistic manner as well. Nice paint job too! $20 committed on my end when it's available...... Quote
lknbassman Posted July 14, 2008 Posted July 14, 2008 Want to see it in action? Here is it courtesy of John Crews of SPRO doing a demo on YOU TUBE. Quote
Super User Micro Posted July 22, 2008 Author Super User Posted July 22, 2008 This looks friggin's amazing... Quote
Brad_Coovert Posted July 22, 2008 Posted July 22, 2008 so who else is definitley buying one of these as soon as they come out?i sure am! I have 12 cases on order. You gotta get your orders in early with SPRO as they are SLOW to ship many times. Brad Quote
