IDbasser Posted August 22, 2008 Posted August 22, 2008 I bought several rapala x-raps last year, and I have never used a one. Do you guys really like them? Quote
moby bass Posted August 22, 2008 Posted August 22, 2008 Looks like some things are going to have to get moved over on the shelves at the tackle stores. Quote

S I G M A Posted August 22, 2008 Posted August 22, 2008 i do like the clacking rap... alot when do these hit stores? Quote
Super User .dsaavedra. Posted August 22, 2008 Super User Posted August 22, 2008 hmmm i dont like rapalas advertising style. while rapalas DO work (rapalas are my favorite hardbait), i dont like how they advertise. based on watching the subwalk and gliding rap videos, they are giving me, the consumer, the impression that this is some kind of new technology.....its not. personal lure makers have been making sinking walk-the-dog baits for a very long time. they are very popular for musky. IDbasser Posted August 22, 2008 Posted August 22, 2008 Looks like I will have to blow the dust off of them and give them a try. Quote

It is new for them! There are a lot of custom baits out there that make it to one of the mass producers lines. Do you think that Lucky Craft invented walk the dog baits? No but they really push thier Sammy, it is just something that Rapala added new to their line PS the sub walk proved excellent for me this year 8-) Quote
