Super User Dwight Hottle Posted November 22, 2010 Super User Posted November 22, 2010 Went up to bay of quinte in Ontario for a week of walleye fishing. It was slow going but we managed some double digit walleyes up to 12lb-2oz. fished from 25 to 40 feet deep over water depths of 100-150 deep. Surface water temps were 48-50 degrees. All trolling. Super User Lund Explorer Posted November 22, 2010 Super User Posted November 22, 2010 Nice bunch of wally's there Dwight. Those are a lot bigger than the ones we get out of Saginaw Bay. Were you trolling? Crankbaits, Stickbaits, Meat Rigs? Did I see a waypoint #35? Quote
Super User Dwight Hottle Posted November 22, 2010 Author Super User Posted November 22, 2010 Lund Explorer, all trolling mostly reef runners 800 series on inline boards. I have over 80 way points up there. Quote
Super User Lund Explorer Posted November 23, 2010 Super User Posted November 23, 2010 LOL, I must be going blind as I didn't even see the trolling part on your first post when I read it. That or I just wanted to scroll to the pictures too fast. My middle son keeps harping on me about reef runners as well. I've already got more Hot-n-Tots, Wally Divers, Shad Raps, and Lord knows how many stickbaits. If I keep trying to stuff more Plano boxes in that boat of mine, I'm gonna need a bigger boat! ;D Anyhow, those are some mighty nice looking fish. Quote
Super User RoLo Posted November 23, 2010 Super User Posted November 23, 2010 Those are some fantastic walleyes! Eighty waypoints? You must know that big bay like your own living room. (at first glance, I thought your companion was Fish Chris) Roger Quote
