Super User Team9nine Posted January 6, 2024 Super User Posted January 6, 2024 Wow, a 15+ yr old thread resurrected 😵💫 I’m perfectly content with either white, bubblegum (pink), methiolate or sherbert (orange). If I hit a store with just enough cash to buy one bag only, I’m walking out with bubblegum because of all the fish I’ve caught on that color. For everything else, there’s the Zoom finesse worm in standard darker and more varied color selections. I treat them as two different worms for two different applications. 4 Quote

LOL I fish Trick Worms almost every trip. My color choices are expertly researched and highly complicated so please try your best to follow along. 1. Something greenish...y. 2. Something really dark. Darker than the above greenery. Sorry for the technical language. 1 3 Quote

Super User ChrisD46 Posted January 7, 2024 Super User Posted January 7, 2024 I have grown fond of WM Candy - great bluegill imitator , next would be the various GP flake offerings . 1 Quote
Super User MIbassyaker Posted January 7, 2024 Super User Posted January 7, 2024 005 Junebug 184 Green Pumpkin Green 017 Gourd Green https://zoombait.com/colors/ Green flakes for the win. (the site doesn't show trick worm available in gourd green, but you can find them around.) Quote
Super User scaleface Posted January 8, 2024 Super User Posted January 8, 2024 Havent fished trick worms much but have fished straight tailed worms immensely. June bug gets bit everywhere. Quote
Super User FishTank Posted January 8, 2024 Super User Posted January 8, 2024 I don't throw it as often as I should but pink has always been the best producer for me. Not sure why. I can't catch squat on a pink senko. Quote
Alex from GA Posted January 8, 2024 Posted January 8, 2024 Okeechobee Craw lately. 1/2 blue and 1/2 green pumpkin. Quote
fishingram24 Posted January 8, 2024 Posted January 8, 2024 For years I used yellow, weightless T rigged, then got into using green pumpkin, watermelon and its variations. Had 1 good day with the pink ones and 1 good day with black but mainly some shade of green. z Quote
FishTax Posted January 10, 2024 Posted January 10, 2024 Junebug Black Watermelon or baby bass, something like that in clear water. Funny to see the pink comments. I bought a pack on clearance at Wally and haven't even got a bite, but slay with the other colors. Pink is the only color with a livelong skunk for me. Maybe that should be my summer challenge this year. Quote
