Awesome fish!!!! We don't have musky down here but I wish we did. Also I've heard about the cowgirl several times now from the musky guys, but haven't wrapped my mind around the figure 8 yet. What the heck does that mean?

Hey Matt,

At the end of your retrieve, instead of picking the bait up and making another cast, you simply drop the rod tip in the water and make an "L" move at the boat and then go into the figure 8 motion. If you see one following and she's a BIG one, you may have to use a circular motion instead so the fish can keep up with the bait.

You can find some videos on YouTube showing fish eating the bait.  I cant review them while I am at work, but you will see them.
