What hooks do you perfer for catfish?

What type of hook do you normally use for catfishin?

I've been using treble or circle for a while. Just wondering what ya'll use.

If/when we go, it usually depends on the bait.  Treble hooks with our chicken livers and a decent size circle hook if using soft shells and peelers (same thing really).

Back in the day, a #2 or #4 aberdeen hook with nightcrawlers got it done too.

Eagle Claw 3/0 or 4/0 Circle hooks

i use octopus hooks

i think they r the same thing as a circle hook

they basically hook themselves.....

#2 eagle claw hooks.  I haven't used aberdeen hooks since I had a couple straighten out on me.
