Where'd you cut'n'paste that from?  Mine was probably 45 or 46 lbs or so earlier this spring.

I love catting, it is so different from bass fishing. You just sit back, relax, sip the suds, and wait for the big ones.

Channel Cat: 28#5oz.

Blue Cat:76#3oz.

Flathead:42# even(caught while kayak fishing, now that was fun)

64lb and I forget the exact ounces Flathead from Santee SC

I thought I did good, I took it to the tackle shop weighed it and they didnt even raise an eyebrow at it . They said they catch them all the time that size :-/

It was my biggest freshwater fish and I lost a few bigger than it was on that trip
