Bobber and Worm Fishing?

Hey guys I know this is probably dumb but what kind of hooks and bobbers do you use for nightcrawlers? Should I use a bigger or smaller hook and do you use a whole or half a worm, or a tiny piece. I just want to catch some fish so will probably catch brim, bass, bowfin, jack, gar, or catfish where Im at.

i wouldn't go to big they usually take all of it anyway. and it depends on how big the fish are you are goin after with the size of the worm.

for blue gilll I use a #8 hook and around 1-2 inches of worm.

#6 or 7 hook , use a bobber with a brain good rig to catch panfish
