So where will everyone from the northeast pa are be headed the first day of trout? I know I will be at Lackawanna State Park on the first day from about 7AM (starts at 8) until around 7PM.  Minnows, powerbait and night crawlers will be in my arsenal

im from the south west of the state   just wondering if the early first day  applies to you guys
