Fly fishing classifieds ???

My father in law is a trout fisherman retired on a fixed income. He would like to upgrade his equipment but with a limited budget. I would like to know if anyone knows of any forum classifieds that have fly fishing equipment?  Thanks for the help

There are Items for Sale boards and often has good deals on stuff.

FYI, the link to the board may appear a little "slow". That site just changed discussion boards and did not transfer all the for sale items from the old boards. Keep checking often, more stuff will be added soon.
